Love or chocolate? Why not both... With Valentines Day right around the corner, chocolate is in order. I baked these yummy chocolate cupcakes and decorated them with some of my fun flags. Red ribbon with white glitter dots, makes these cupcakes stand out in a crowd. Final inexpensive and pretty added touch was the hot pink charger that I picked up at Party City for about $4.00.
