Cupcake Heaven is full of beautiful cupcakes. If you have this book, then page 89 is were you want to look. These strawberry topped vanilla and white chocolate cheesecake cupcakes scream Valentine's Day. Fresh and yummy, I love the beautiful red berries on top. The recipe has many wonderful things in it. I have to say though you can do it easier. Pick up your favorite white cake, cream cheese ready made frosting, white chocolate chips and fresh strawberries. Bake your cupcakes, frost with cream cheese frosting, put your strawberries on top and sprinkle a few white chocolate chips around the top and you are set. In about 1 hour you will have a wonderful Valentine's Day treat.
