I made these over the holidays & never shared them. They are so simply pretty. Thought I would post them even though its after the holiday season. I will say though, if you live in the snow or dream of going to the snow, these are a fun winter celebration treat.
Make your favorite cupcakes, top with your favorite frosting and sprinkle Wilton stars and edible glitter flakes on top. I recommend putting the frosting and flakes on just before serving. They can melt into the frosting and not be as pretty.
