Lime Cups





Little Lime Cup Pies
 

 

 

Instead of making this as one pie I did individual pies

These were delightful.  One word of caution, the gelatin sets up fast and then can be a challenge to get rid of tiny pieces.  Also, I used fresh squeezed lime juice.  I feel that is always better than a bottle. Top with non-dairy whip topping and decorate.  Yummy little treat!
