Wild Blueberry Lemon Curd Cupcakes

Hello delicious!

These cupcakes were wonderful.  So simple to make.  Whip some up for yourself and friends & enjoy... 

Yellow cake mix ( i love Duncan Hines)
Lemon curd
Frozen wild blueberries (rinse before adding to mix)

Make cake as directed.  Add a couple tablespoons of lemon curd.  After you rinse your blueberries add them to the mix as well. I used 1 cup.  
Fill your baking cups and cook for about 15-20 minutes.  Check them with a toothpick.  If it comes out clean your done.  
Let them cool for a bit.  Then add a bit of lemon curd to the top before putting on your frosting.  Frost, I used Smart and Final's non-dairy whip topping.  Decorate if desired.
