Great Summer Salad

I just had to share this with you.  I made this salad the other night for dinner and is was great.  I used butter and red leaf lettuce as the base.  I sauteed asparagus and mushrooms with soy sauce, olive oil, and sesemee seeds. I also put edamame, sliced almonds, and dried cranberries. The after thought I had that is not pictured, I added roasted sunflower seeds.  No dressing needed!  This was so yummy...
