Whoopie Pies
















Fun little treat!  I made these Whoopie Pies & they were a hit.  I used this gluten free mix, followed the directions except I used half the water called for.  I do not have a whoopie pan, but I noticed on the back of one of my other boxes it showed a recipe without using the pan.  So I went for it.  They were a crowd pleaser for sure.  After I baked them, I let them cool.  Later I used one of my plastic containers to cut the circles more perfect.  I also decided to cut some into flower shapes.  Filled them up with a couple different frostings, a bit of sprinkles, and they were ready to eat.  Delish!
