There are soooo many frosting tips to pick from. I love that. So here I used 2 different tips. The completed project turns out the same. Ruffle pretty. You will get a slightly different look depending on the frosting you use. If it is thinner, it will look more like the blue. If it is thicker, it will look more like the chocolate. Turned out to be a pretty yummy project:)
