Applesauce Cupcakes

I whipped up these cupcakes the other day and they were yummy.  Some of my children are not in favor of eating fruit. This is a great way to sneak some in.  For one batch I used little more than half the can of mandarin oranges.  I probably could have gotten away with the whole thing. I used my Kitchen Aid mixer so they would not be solid pieces.  Worked perfectly!  It ended up looking like I added orange sprinkles to the mix.   The other batch I added Tree Top, no sugar added natural apple sauce that comes in a 4 oz. container.  

I topped them off with my favorite vanilla Frostin Pride.  They tasted good and looked good too...
