Betty Crocker has made life a little easier for those who want NO GLUTEN in it. If you are not wanting to do from scratch this is your answer. Reasonably priced and taste good. Betty offers these two cake mixes. I like the chocolate better. They are both good though. Add a bit of yogurt, apple sauce, or sugar free pudding to the mix to give more moisture if you like. Bake it, frost it, and ENJOY!
