Fresh Lemon Bundt

Baking with fresh lemon juice is a family favorite.  Keeping it simple really appeals to me.  I recently baked this simple yellow cake and added fresh squeezed lemon juice to the batter.  Baked it in a bundt pan and topped with a few dollops of non-dairy whip cream.  Finishing touch, lemon zest.  Delish!
