Coconut Cream Cake

Layer me up!  So summer, coconut layer cake.  Lightly toast your shredded coconut.  Bake your favorite cake.  I went with Duncan Hines butter cake. Each layer has whipped frosting(Betty Crocker) and shredded coconut, with the top layer having the toasted coconut to finish it off.  Very nice...

* I originally planned to use Smart and Final non-dairy whip topping.  Heat was a factor with our celebration location.  So I went safe with the Betty Crocker frosting.
