Oh what fun!
Today is my sons 16th birthday. Although he is off at a concert, we did a quick Happy Birthday before he left. He has recently shown an interest in Hostess Cupcakes. So I thought how fun to make him an over sized cupcake for today.
Fabulous devils food cake baked in an over sized cupcake pan. Cut out the center and filled with vanilla whipped frosting. Topped with chocolate ganache.
Wonderful!
