Happy Birthday to ME!





Oh my gosh, these were soooo good.  My family saw these and could not wait to eat them.  In fact I think there could have almost been a fight over them.  I have made these before with the truffle on the top, but never with it inside.  So it was so fun to watch everyone eating these not knowing they were going to get a surprise.  Super hugh hit you must try.  I simply made a white cake, mixed chocolate and vanilla frosting into the pipping bag, and covered the truffle.  I decided not to add the pink balls onto these because they are so pretty without.  YUMMY!
