| Julie's requested Laguna Blue layer cake |
For several weeks in August I have two 5 years girls running around my house. Julie's birthday is first. Her birthday dream cake was Laguna Blue. I was a bit tried after my sisters wedding and could not pull it together on time. So off to the Cake Express up the street. I used to buy my cakes there for years prior to baking them myself. A week later and with my husbands help, we put together my first artistic cake. Not bad for the first, but hopefully better the next time around.
