Tissue paper add-ons. This is a fun and inexpensive way to dress up your cupcakes. Head to the Dollar Tree and pick up your favorite color/pattern of tissue paper. Cut it into squares, 5 in. for regular size cupcakes and 3 in. for mini cupcakes. Make your cupcakes, set aside extra empty baking cups, and when your cupcakes are baked and decorated layer them up with tissue paper and the empty baking cup.
