There is inspiration everywhere.  You can find it in a book, on a blog, maybe even a friend.  I find mine in all of these places.  These are photos of some of the cakes that have inspired me to create and perfect the ruffle cake.  I recently made one for my birthday and was very pleased for my first try.  Hopefully my next will be a bit closer to the perfection I have shared with you today...
