Lindor Surprise

Fill baking cup little less than 1/2 way
Insert truffle
Cover truffle with batter



All I can say is, yum, yum.  These were so good.  I have made these before with the truffle on top of the frosting and they were a hit.  The were also a success inside.  The chocolate did bleed out the bottom of the cupcake a little.  However, it did not seem to matter and the taste, to die for.  The truffle may have set up a bit if it would have had time before they got eaten. No chance of that. They could not wait to get their hands on them.   It's okay, they were made to please...
