Betty Crocker really knows how to do it right. Thanks to them I received my free yearly calendar and it is full of wonderful and pretty food ideas. February 2011 features this wonderful chocolate cupcake. Made with Betty Crocker devil's food cake mix, whipped fluff white frosting, decorating decor hearts and chocolate chips. Pick up some pretty Valentine's Day baking cups and bake away. After you bake your cupcakes you can either spoon on frosting or use a frosting tip to frost your cupcakes. Sprinkle hearts on right away before frosting sets. When the frosting sets your decorations will not stick into frosting. Melt your chocolate chips in the microwave. Make sure you stir really well and drizzle chocolate over the top of the frosting. To cut back you can make mini cupcakes.
