Celebrate your New Year's black and white. These came out of one of my cook books. Cook up a couple dozen chocolate cupcakes, top with white or chocolate frosting. You can even dip you cupcake in some melted chocolate to frost it. If you dip in chocolate, the top of your cupcake comes out shinny and smooth. Very elegant. Melt your favorite chocolate in a bowl in the microwave a little bit at a time. You don't want it to be too runny. Stir it well. Then dip your cupcake. Decorate with Snow Caps, Good and Plenty(Walgreen's), white M&M's(party city), chocolate sprinkles, white nonpareils, white pearls(Michael's), and add a bit more fun by using a black and white polk-a-dot baking cup from Michael's. If you have one put them on a black cake plate. Last I saw Cost Plus had one that would compliment these wonderfully. Happy New Year!
