This past weekend I put together a mix of eggnog cupcakes, coffee brownies, and with the help of my sons school fundraiser these wonderful cookies. Everything turned out yummy. For the eggnog cupcakes I made the recipe per the box except, instead of water I used eggnog. The only one other thing I planned to use and forgot would have been 1 teaspoon of rum extract. Regardless, they came out fluffy and delicious. Finished them off with vanilla frosting and green pearls, very festive. For the brownies I also followed the recipe, except I used coffee in place of water. Topped with a dash of chocolate frosting and these where to die for. The cookies are from Otis Spunkmeyer, The Pink Cookie. They donate some of the profit to the Susan G. Komen Cure. Very nice...
